Frequently Asked Questions

What should I bring to the class?

Just yourself! We provide all the necessary equipment, aprons, fresh milk, and unlimited coffee beans. We just recommend wearing comfortable, closed-toe shoes since you'll be standing at the espresso machine.

Do I need to own any equipment?

Not at all! Everything you need is provided in class — espresso machines, grinders, aprons, milk, and beans. You'll leave knowing exactly what to look for if you decide to set up at home, and the skills transfer to any machine, even the one at your local café.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your session. Spots cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may not be eligible for a refund — but reach out and we'll always try to sort it out.

Can I take photos or videos during the session?

Yes, of course! We highly encourage you to capture your experience, especially your progress with latte art. Feel free to snap photos, take videos, and tag us on social media.

Is this class suitable for someone looking to start a career in coffee?

Absolutely. If you are looking to enter the hospitality industry, please let us know at the start of the session. We will gladly tailor parts of the training to focus on commercial workflows and guide you on the best industry pathways.

Is there parking available near 89 Pitt Street?

Yes, there is plenty of free street parking available in the surrounding neighborhood. However, please give yourself a few extra minutes before class to find a spot, as availability can vary depending on the time of day.
